Ushering in the change of season, this Red Brick blend showcases the creamy texture from our Brazilian component, the Sul de Minas Cluster, combined with the jammy, berry notes of the much celebrated Meridiano from Tolima, Colombia.

Since 2021, we have collaborated closely with our partners and expert blend-builders, Bourbon, along with three small to medium-sized farms, Rosa Branca, Fazenda Recanto, and Sitio Barra, to build the exclusive Red Brick component and micro-regional lot, Sul de Minas Cluster. This year, we're thrilled to introduce a fourth farm to the cluster: Fazenda Barreiro from the father and son team, Francisco and Manuel Lotufo.

El Meridiano, a Red Brick original and celebration of the excellence and the classic flavour profile of the Tolima Region highlights the collaboration between farmers and cuppers alongside the exporter Caravela, particularly the Director of Quality, Alexis Villamil Peñaloza. Every year, the Caravela team make up a blend exclusively for us from lots purchased at their buying station in Herrera, Tolima, and each year is better than the last.
